What We Are Called Out For
Most of the calls we get come from houses built somewhere between 1973 and 2007, with a heavy concentration of 1980s and 90s construction across the neighborhoods we cover. That build era matters. It's when steel sectional doors with torsion springs became standard, and thirty-plus years later, those are the springs breaking, the openers grinding out, and the tracks bending from age rather than abuse.
We work on the doors themselves: broken torsion and extension springs, cables that have frayed off the drum, rollers that have worn oval instead of round, panels dented from a car bumper or a windstorm, and openers that either won't respond or won't stop trying. We do not do custom architectural carriage doors built to order, and if a door is old enough and rusted enough that patching it costs more sense than replacing it, we'll tell you that instead of running up a bill.
Our coverage runs out from through the and out to University Park. Farther out we reach Grand Prairie, DeSoto, and the smaller cities past them like Murphy.
